Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are happy with every item purchased and can resolve most returns or product issues.

You may return most items within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned unworn/unused/unopened with tags/original packaging intact for refund. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on items returned after the 14 day requirement and/or worn, used, opened and/or without tags or original packaging intact. You are responisble for return shipping with tracking or delivery confrimation.

Subject to approval. Some exceptions do apply: 

1) No returns on special orders.

2) No returns on personlized items.

3) No returns on furniture. 

3) No returns on clearance items.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You make the return request within 14 days after delivery. Again, you must pay for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight and size based.
